Mayday Artist Series ships across Canada, to the United States, and to select international destinations. Orders are confirmed by Mayday within two business days, invoiced via QuickBooks, and shipped once the invoice is paid.

## Shipping rates

### Canada (domestic)

- **Standard:** $12.00 CAD — **free** on orders $75.00 CAD and up

- **Express:** $20.00 CAD

### United States

- **Standard International:** **free** on orders $100.00 CAD and up

- **Express International (0–1.5 kg):** $34.90 CAD

### International (other)

Rates are **calculated at checkout** via Canada Post and shown before order submission. Duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country are the recipient's responsibility.

## Processing & handling

- Orders are reviewed and confirmed within **2 business days**.

- Once your QuickBooks invoice is paid, in-stock items ship within **3–5 business days**.

- Products requiring artist customization or decoration ship within **5–10 business days** of payment.

- You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order is on its way.

## Delivery times

Carrier transit times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Domestic Canadian deliveries typically arrive within **3–10 business days** after dispatch, depending on destination and service level. International deliveries vary by destination and customs processing.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or other events outside our control.

## Order tracking

Tracking links are included in your shipment notification. If you don't receive a tracking number within 10 business days of paying your invoice, please contact us at info@maydayprint.com.

## Lost or damaged packages

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us at **info@maydayprint.com** within 7 days of delivery if anything is missing, damaged, or incorrect. We'll evaluate the issue and make it right — see our [Refund Policy](/policies/refund-policy) for details.

## Customs, duties & taxes (international)

For shipments outside Canada, the recipient is responsible for any duties, taxes, customs fees, or import charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not collected by Mayday Artist Series at checkout.

## Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. Packages returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address may be subject to additional shipping fees to re-send.
